Sustainability and biography

The course introduces central questions and problems relating to sustainability and discusses them as a ›wicked problem‹.

Thanks to the interdisciplinary backgrounds of the students and teaching team, the course offers a discourse from different scientific perspectives, providing a valuable learning experience. By the end of the course, you will have developed a deeper understanding of sustainability issues and problems.

The overarching theme of the academic year is ›Sustainability and Biography‹. It focuses on how people have experienced and helped shape the diverse socio-ecological transformations of recent decades from their subjective perspective. Students will conduct small research projects on this topic.
